A: Yes. Open the software and before you start the conversions, click "Select Output Folder." Choose the folder you want the files stored in. Click "Convert." The files will be saved in the folder you chose, and you can transfer them to your 3GP device anytime

Q: What's the difference between the free trial and the real version?
A: All of the features are the same - but the free trial only converts part of your chosen video file.

Q: My computer crashed! What happened to the Converter?
A: You can send us an email and we'll be happy to send you another copy of the Converter.
